The Facilitator
This Workshop will be facilitated by Marvin Sissey. Having successfully trained senior teams from renowned organizations in the region including Safaricom, Palladium Group,the World Bank Group and Kenya Airways, among others, Sissey brings in a wealth of experience to our workshops.
With an Executive Masters in Organizational Communication from Indiana University and a Bsc in Mathematics from the University of Nairobi, Mr. Sissey is the CEO of 360 Group: an integrated communication strategy firm whose subsidiary, 360 Digital, provides digital agency services to a big number of regional firms and manages their SEO and Digital Ads budgets that run into tens of millions monthly. He is also the author of the book “Speech Recipe: The Art of Public Speaking and Boardroom Presentations’ ‘ and served as a long-time columnist with the Business Daily, where he shared invaluable insights on communication-related issues. Mr. Sissey’s extensive experience and experiential learning style make him exceptionally adept at empowering executive teams with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their roles.
